EXPLANATORY NOTE

This is a post-qualification amendment to the offering statement on Form 1-A filed by Arrived Homes 4, LLC (the “Offering Statement”). This Post-Qualification Amendment No. 7 to the Offering Statement is filed solely for the purpose of filing a number of exhibits. Accordingly, this Post-Qualification Amendment No. 7 to the Offering Statement consists only of Part I, this Explanatory Note, and Part III, containing the Exhibit Index and signature page.
