We have acted as counsel to Central RoRo, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), in connection with the preparation and filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) of the Company’s Offering Statement on Form 1-A (File No. 023-12658), as amended (the “Offering Statement”), under Regulation A promulgated pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).
