REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION
      Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation A, the issuer respectfully requests that
the Securities and Exchange Commission (the ?Commission?) qualify the offering
statement. As President and Managing Member of OUR MicroLending, LLC, I
acknowledge the following:
